Sick of these beautiful and colorful Fall sessions? TOO BAD! Because I can’t get enough. I feel like I made up for last October when I had Sam. I wanted to take in as much as I could of gorgeous Tennessee in the Fall. We were just in time for Caitlyn and Jordan’s engagement photos. A few days later, everything was on the ground. This is probably one of my favorite shoots ever.
We also did something a little bit different, as you can see in the first few photos. I’m usually not one to include a lot of props. I personally believe it takes away from the subjects and draws your eyes to something other than the joy that’s being shown. But Caitlyn had all of these beautiful pieces and memories. So I’ve coined these first few photos a “dreamer session”. They brought together things that like photos, the bible, picnic basket, and an atlas. I wanted to create a moment between the two of them of looking back and looking ahead. And it turned out so much better than I thought it was going to be.
Congrats Jordan and Caitlyn! Can’t wait for your June wedding.
